What rental periods are available?
We offer rental agreements of 6, 12 or 24 months. Agreements may be renewed by mutual agreement, subject to artwork availability.

How does the rental process work?
Once an artwork has been selected, we confirm availability, discuss your project and provide a personalised quotation. Each rental is formalised through a written agreement setting out the artwork, rental period, fees, insurance value and applicable terms.

How is the rental fee determined?
Rental fees depend on the artwork, rental duration, location and specific project requirements. A clear quotation is provided before any commitment.

Who can rent an artwork?
Art Rental is available to companies, hospitality venues, professionals and private clients.

Are the artworks original?
Yes. Every artwork offered through Art Rental is an original, one-of-a-kind creation by Sébastien Di Nicolantonio, individually identified and documented.

Can you help us select an artwork?
Yes. We can advise you according to the dimensions, character and intended use of your space, and help create a coherent artistic environment.

Is delivery and installation included?
Delivery and installation are quoted separately according to the destination, access conditions and installation requirements. Professional installation can be arranged where appropriate.

How is the artwork insured?
The client is responsible for insuring the artwork throughout the rental period for its agreed insurance value, as specified in the rental agreement.

What happens if the artwork is damaged?
The client is responsible for the artwork during the rental period. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear is handled in accordance with the rental agreement and the artwork's agreed insurance value.

Where is Art Rental available?
Projects can be considered in France, Switzerland and internationally, subject to logistical feasibility. Delivery, installation and other project-specific requirements are quoted according to the destination.

Can I renew my rental?
Yes. At the end of the agreed term, the rental may be renewed for a further period, subject to mutual agreement and artwork availability.

Can I purchase the artwork after renting it?
Yes. At the end of the rental term, the client has the option to purchase the artwork for 75% of its original purchase price. This purchase option and price are specified in the rental agreement.

What happens at the end of the rental period?
The client may, according to the terms of the agreement:

• renew the rental;
• purchase the artwork for 75% of its original purchase price; or
• return the artwork in accordance with the agreed return conditions.
