We offer companies, hospitality and private clients a flexible and elegant way to integrate one-of-a-kind artworks into their spaces, with the option to purchase at the end of the rental term.
Each piece is created by hand by the artist, Sébastien Di Nicolantonio, using raw, reclaimed and transformed materials. A distinctive artistic presence designed to bring character, meaning and identity to a space
Art lease payments can, in principle, be treated as operating expenses, without tying up capital. The exact treatment depends on your country, your status and your accounting situation.
If you acquire the artwork at the end of the lease, specific schemes may exist depending on the jurisdiction. In France, for example, purchasing original works by living artists can give rise to a deduction spread over five years, subject to conditions, notably that the work is displayed to the public.
We recommend validating the most suitable option with your tax advisor or accountant.
No capital tied up: you finance the artwork gradually while displaying it immediately. Your borrowing capacity remains intact, and your liquidity is preserved for other priorities.
A strong artistic presence reinforces your brand identity, impresses clients, and sustainably improves quality of life at work.
A Sébastien Di Nicolantonio original on your wall is a subtle yet powerful cultural signature one that speaks of forward‑thinking leadership.
